G-geez, it's freezing...

[In the afternoon, those in the plaza may find this poor unfortunate new feather trudging toward it as he makes his way there in only pants. Needless to say, he's freezing, and he just wants some actual clothes and warm food...! And to know what the heck is going on. He had already glanced at his journal a bit before, so he knows where he is at least, but he's still awfully confused. Not like he really had the chance to read the journal's guide in depth yet since he's just trying to find a place to stay indoors for now.

Hello everyone. My name is Jude Mathis. I'm what you all call a "new feather," and I just arrived earlier today. I've already read most of the guide, so don't worry about filling me in on where I am and all. I do, however, have one particular question...

What do you all do with your wings in regards to clothing? It's kind of uncomfortable to keep them underneath it all, but it'd be a shame if I had to cut up my favorite clothes just to fit my wings through a hole... So does anyone have any suggestions? I figure it's either one or the other, but it's worth asking what you all do, at least.

And also, is there anyone here from Rieze Maxia? Milla? Alvin? [On one hand, he hopes he's not the only one, but on the other, he really wouldn't want them to be stuck here like he apparently is...]

Battle? The people here have seemed pretty peaceful so far... If battles are something to be concerned about though, is that not the case?

Advanced technology... I'm not sure how that would compare to what I'm used to, but I guess I'll just have to find out. Hopefully it's not that different though. But if it is, I can just try learning about it.

I guess with looser shirts the wings wouldn't be much of a problem. Most of the stuff I had been wearing today wasn't exactly my size, so I hadn't even thought of it.

Some people suggested finding someone to cut the holes neatly for me, so I could just have them do that with more fitting clothing. That way I have ones without holes handy too for whatever reason, just in case.

Well, there's only really one restaurant here, but the food's always excellent.

You could take your clothes to All Passions-- that's the specialty clothing shop here. I bet Rhyme could cut the holes a lot more neatly than you or I could. She could probably even stitch them up to make them like buttonholes so that the edges wouldn't fray.

The SOS Brigade? I'm not sure if I'd be entirely interested in joining a group right now, but I can at least keep it in mind. It's nice to know that there are people doing that sort of thing here. Besides being stuck here and being subject to experiments... it does sound like this place isn't all that bad.

It definitely is. It's a lot nicer to meet face-to-face though, I think. It's kind of hard getting a good glimpse at what people look like through the little image the journals provide us with...
