If you want to call it magic, I guess that more or less works. It's hard for me to imagine worlds that don't have it, considering how necessary it is in Rieze Maxia. It powers everything and is what's used for medicine or even fighting. Needless to say, it's going to take a lot of getting used to since it's not as prominent here in Luceti.
